The 2025 SETESOL Conference will be held Thursday, October 23 through Saturday, October 25 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The theme of this year's conference is ACT to Impact: Advocate, Collaborate, and Teach. Thursday's keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Kate Kinsella and Friday's will be delivered by Dr. Andrea Honigsfeld. Saturday's events will focus on advocacy and will feature a panel discussion, as well as opportunities for parents and students to share their experiences.

A lunch break is planned each day from 11:30 to 1:00. There are many restaurant options in downtown Little Rock attendees can walk to. Additionally, we will celebrate the positive impacts of our work and our colleagues at a ticketed lunch session on Friday, October 24 during this time.
Early Bird Registration is available through September 22. After that date, price increases of $25 will be reflected on this form. No cancelations can be made after September 22, but substitutions are welcomed.
